Upon Account termination for breach of Terms, vipphp reserves the right to void all pending bets, confiscate Bonus Funds, and withhold Real Funds pending investigation. Nothing in these Terms shall limit vipphp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. vipphp does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any service interruption resulting from scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
vipphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vipphp will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the vipphp Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If direct negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, and thereafter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
