vipphp collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and improving the player experience. We do not collect data for its own sake.
All personal data stored by vipphp is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. All data transmitted between your browser and vipphp is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS. Access to player data within vipphp is role-restricted and audited.
Registered vipphp players can request a complete copy of the personal data held on their account at any time. We will respond to data access requests within thirty (30) calendar days in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
vipphp does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes — ever. Any data sharing that does occur is strictly for platform operation, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data. vipphp has dedicated procedures for handling each type of request, described in full in Section 10 of this Policy.
vipphp operates under PAGCOR licensing and complies fully with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), and all applicable NPC (National Privacy Commission) guidelines for online gaming operators.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and shared by vipphp in connection with the operation of its online gaming platform accessible at vipphp.vip ("the Platform"). This Privacy Policy is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

While vipphp takes all reasonable precautions, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Players are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own account credentials. Never share your vipphp password with anyone — including persons claiming to be vipphp staff.
As a data subject under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by vipphp:

Receive a structured, machine-readable copy of the personal data you provided to vipphp for transfer to another controller.
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe your data rights have been violated.
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by updating preferences in your account settings.
To exercise any of these rights, contact the vipphp Data Protection Officer as described in Section 13. vipphp will respond to all data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid request, which may be extended by a further thirty (30) days where the request is complex or numerous.
vipphp may be unable to action certain erasure or objection requests where processing is required to fulfil a legal obligation or legitimate interest that overrides your privacy rights — for example, retention of transaction records under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. In such cases, vipphp will provide a written explanation of the basis for declining the request.
Strict 21+ Policy: vipphp's services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 years and above. vipphp does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, age verification is conducted at registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
If vipphp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through registration fraud or any other means — it will immediately terminate the relevant account, void any associated bets and transactions, and securely delete all personal data associated with that account. Any deposited funds belonging to a person under 21 will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any applicable investigation costs.

vipphp may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
The effective date of the current version of this Policy is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage players to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how vipphp protects their personal data. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
